Locast is new digital translator that lets you legally watch major local TV networks such as -  ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC.

The only downside is - you need to live in New York City, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, or Denver.

Next, switch to a US server and choose one of the supported cities like New York City, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, or Denver. For this instance, I’ll go with New York.

Next, head over to locast.org. It’ll ask you to verify your GPS location, click on Yes, and start streaming. But wait what? It says you appear to be outside US! Even though you have your working VPN that is running?

Well, fret not, this is because they’re also fetching your browser’s location.

To fix that, open Developer Console, by right-clicking on the screen and choose “Inspect” option. At the bottom of the panel, press the three-dot button on the top right, and then click the “Sensors” option from “More”. A new window will open in the bottom half of the developer tools, under Geolocation, select “Custom location.” Now put in your location based on latitude and longitude of New York City. You can get them easily from Google.

Reload the page, and set location permission to ask every time.

And now if I refresh the page, and click on “allow location”, as you can see, I’m now able to stream local stations.

All you need to do is create a free account using your email (you don’t even need to verify them) and once you log in, you can watch live local TV from major local TV networks such as -  ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC.

But what if you are on the go and still want to enjoy live TV?

Well, it’s pretty simple, too. First, sideload locast APK from Google and install it. Next, get Smart DNS Proxy VPN to switch to New York server, and use a Fake GPS app to change your GPS location. Now if you open Locast app, you’ll be able stream live TV on your Android.
