The world of streaming media has undergone some serious changes after Covid fighting in 2020, which forced the world of cinema to either change or delay various releases in film and TV. February 2021 brings some fresh titles to Hulu, and indeed there are some surprises in store for subscribers in the new calendar month. In addition to some fan-favorite TV series and shows returning for delayed season premieres, there are also some Oscar-ready premieres dropping in the service offer this month.

On February 19, the Disney-controlled streaming service will release Nomadland, the critically praised movie by Chloé Zhao, starring Frances McDormand as a woman who sets out to explore the American West after losing everything in the Great Recession

as well as The United States vs. Billie Holliday (streaming from February 26), starring Andra Day as the iconic blues singer who was targeted by a government smear campaign.

Next month, Hulu’s offer will be full of star-studded movies. Do you enjoy light comedies? Check out You’ve Got Mail, Did You Hear About the Morgans?, and Employee of the Month, all of which are coming to the platform in February. Are you more into dramas? There are a lot of them coming to Hulu in February 2021 as well, including Janelle Monáe’s Antebellum, and The Omen.

Obviously, just like every month, Hulu will also add some new TV shows to its offer. February brings the Hulu streaming premieres of FX drama Snowfall Season 4, plus new episodes of reality shows Married at First Sight, Cutthroat Kitchen, House Hunters, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
